Yes, we offer remote support that can assist users regardless of their location. For in-home services, please contact us to confirm if we cover your area.

How do you tailor your services for seniors who aren't tech-savvy

We focus on patient, simple instructions and ensure all communication is easy to understand. We take a step by step approach so you feel comfortable at every stage of the process.

How much do you charge for tech support?

Our tech support services are a flat fee of $100 (up to 1 hour). Depending on your location (if outside of Santa Rosa) there may be an additional travel fee.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm pacific and while most of our clients don't need tech support outside of these hours, if something urgent comes up we are only a phone call away.

How do I know if my issue requires in-home assistance or can be resolved remotely?

It depends on how comfortable you are using Zoom video conferencing and if you prefer having someone next to you in person or not. We can always help you evaluate your problem via initial communication and advise whether a remote (Zoom) or in-home visit is needed.

Are there any subscription plans for regular support?

Yes, we offer various subscription plans that provide regular checks and maintenance, ensuring your devices remain up-to-date and function efficiently. These plans can be customized based on your specific needs and frequency of support required. Reach out if you would like a custom quote for your needs.
